  • ClearPath Consulting focuses on clarity, guidance, and ethical support in systems that are often confusing and overwhelming. We are intentionally non‑clinical and non‑legal, which allows us to provide clear information and coordination without blurring roles or expectations.

    What sets us apart:

    • Non‑clinical, client‑centered approach – We provide guidance and administrative support, not medical or legal services, so clients understand exactly what we do.

    • Clarity over complexity – We break down complicated care and Medicaid processes into understandable steps.

    • Ethical and transparent support – We are clear from the beginning about what we can and cannot provide.

    • Discovery‑first process – Every engagement begins with a Discovery Call to ensure our services are appropriate before moving forward.

Because Medicaid programs and care resources vary by state, our services are grounded in a deep understanding of Virginia Medicaid processes, eligibility pathways, and local care resources. This allows us to provide accurate, ethical, and effective non‑clinical care navigation and Medicaid guidance.

If you live outside of Virginia, we encourage you to seek a care navigation or consulting service that specializes in your state’s Medicaid system and local resources.
